About The Position

Autos of Chicago is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers maintain their vehicles. If you enjoy building relationships, maximizing repair opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is available for this position, which offers a Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience is a plus.
Computer proficiency and dealership software experience (Dealertrack).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
Take full ownership of every Repair Order (RO) you open from start to finish.
Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
Monitor and follow up on all open ROs daily to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
Ensure all Repair Orders are completed, billed, and closed in a timely manner.
