About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous sales and service advisor experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to connect with people, discuss cars, and empathize with customers.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through their selected vehicle services.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians.
- Review service findings and advise customers about tires, brakes, and other recommended services.
- Explain the benefits, costs, and features of products and recommended services clearly.
- Build customer relationships and trust to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service while working toward sales goals.
