About The Position
Flow Companies of Asheville is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed. We cover three brands: Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche.
Requirements
- Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
- Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
- Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
- The ability to multitask, prioritize
- Professional, in appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Listen to the needs of the customer.
- Communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner.
