About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. The advisor provides excellent customer service, helps achieve sales goals, guides customers through selected services, and serves as the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians. After a service review of each vehicle, the advisor explains recommended services—including tires, brakes, and other maintenance—in clear terms, covering benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make informed decisions and encourage repeat business. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people and cars in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with earnings of up to $80,000 per year. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales and service advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.

Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail.
Passion for cars.
