About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Miami, Florida. The role focuses on providing positive customer experiences while achieving sales goals. The Service Advisor guides customers through selected services, serves as the primary contact between customers and automotive technicians, and explains recommended maintenance and repairs—including tires and brakes—along with their benefits, costs, and product features. Building customer trust and encouraging repeat business are important parts of the position. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with people and demonstrate patience and empathy.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and attend to detail.
• Passion for cars.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care while working toward sales goals.
• Guide customers through the services they have selected.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
• Advise customers on recommended services after a vehicle service review, including tires, brakes, and other services.
• Explain the benefits, costs, and features of products and services clearly.
• Build customer connections and trust to encourage repeat business.
