About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor at its Murrells Inlet, South Carolina location. The role combines customer service and sales in an automotive maintenance setting. The advisor is the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians, guides customers through selected services, and explains recommended services, product features, benefits, and costs in clear language. The position focuses on building customer trust, encouraging repeat business, and achieving sales goals. Compensation includes a competitive base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous sales and service advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to connect with people, communicate patiently and empathetically, stay organized, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail.
