Automotive Service Advisor
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises in Miami, Florida, is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to provide excellent customer care while meeting sales goals. The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians, guiding customers through the services they have selected and explaining recommendations after a vehicle service review. This includes discussing tires, brakes, and other recommended services, and clearly explaining benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make informed decisions. Building trust and customer relationships is important to encouraging repeat business. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Previous sales and service advisor experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to connect with people, show patience and empathy, and discuss cars with customers.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail.
Responsibilities
