Requirements
- Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Basic computer skills; we�ll train you on our systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Solid work history and references
- Must pass a background check
- Must be 18 or older
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
- Work with technicians to ensure smooth service workflow
- Schedule appointments and answer service-related questions
- Maintain accurate records in the CDK system (training provided)
- Ensure every customer leaves confident and satisfied
