About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Miami Shores, Florida. The role suits someone passionate about the automotive industry who enjoys helping customers and achieving sales goals. The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians, guiding customers through selected services and explaining recommended maintenance, benefits, costs, and product features in an understandable way. Building customer trust and encouraging repeat business are central to the role. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with potential earnings of up to $80,000 per year.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Previous sales and service advisor experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to connect with people, patience, and empathy.
- Organization and effective task prioritization.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care while working toward sales goals.
- Guide customers through the services they have selected.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
- Advise customers on tires, brakes, and other recommended services following a vehicle service review.
- Explain service benefits, costs, and product features clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
- Build customer connections and trust to support repeat business.
