About The Position
Audi New Rochelle is seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join their world-class team. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and the service department, ensuring a premium customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership (Audi/VW experience a plus!).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CDK software preferred.
