About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while achieving sales goals. The Service Advisor guides customers through their selected services and serves as the primary point of contact between customers and automotive technicians. After a vehicle service review, the advisor explains recommended services, including tires, brakes, and other maintenance, in clear terms, covering benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make informed decisions and build trust that encourages repeat business.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with people, demonstrate patience and empathy, prioritize tasks, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
• Passion for cars.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their selected services.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and automotive technicians.
• Advise customers on recommended tires, brakes, and other services following a vehicle service review.
• Explain service benefits, costs, and product features clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service while working toward sales goals.
