Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong track record of customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience from start to finish
- Accurately write and manage repair orders while communicating recommended services and timelines
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians to maximize efficiency in the service drive
- Assist in identifying vehicle concerns and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong communication with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates
- Oversee warranty and documentation processes in compliance with company and manufacturer standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction
