Requirements

18 years old or older
Previous sales and service advisor experience
Valid driver's license
People person who can easily connect with others
Likes talking about cars
Excellent communication skills
Providing exceptional customer service is important
Patient and able to empathize with others
Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Arrive each day determined to take excellent care of customers while achieving sales goals.
Guide customers through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and auto technicians.
Following a service review conducted on their vehicle, advise customers on tires, breaks, and other recommended services in a way that is easy to understand.
Help customers make decisions by expertly explaining benefits, costs, and product features.
Build trust and connections to gain repeat business.
