About The Position

Flow Volvo of Burlington is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed. We cover three brands: Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche. Requirements

Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
Professional, in appearance and demeanor.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
Multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
