About The Position

Ancira Nissan has immediate openings for motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our Service Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience while building long-term relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with a background in service or hospitality who enjoy working with people and cars may also be considered.

Requirements

  • Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry experience considered
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage the service intake process
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
  • Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools
  • Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair order documentation
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs
  • Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards
