About The Position

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Service Cashier role within our Rallye Lexus Dealership! Seeking a reliable, energetic, motivated individual with previous office or cashier experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their administrative, cashier and customer service experience to engage with a luxury client base; and to join an organization whose values are based in teamwork, family, kindness and expertise!

Requirements

  • Cashier experience required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Possess basic computer & phone skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word computer programs, and Google Suite.
  • Experience interacting with customers and other employees effectively and politely.
  • Outgoing and patient personality with good interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • automotive cashier experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Accounting strongly desired
  • Automotive reception or administration experience.
  • Knowledgeable on Lexus products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the service department.
  • Direct incoming clients and support the flow of service traffic.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Scan repair orders and maintain organized service department files.
  • Provide reliable administrative support to service advisors and management.
