About The Position
Raceway Autogroup is hiring experienced, driven automotive sales professionals for our Freehold locations. We are looking for proven producers who know how to build relationships, follow a process, and close business. A generous sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Proven sales performance and strong closing ability
- Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Evenings and Saturday availability required
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct professional test drives and product presentations
- Follow up with internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and previous customers
- Use the CRM consistently to manage opportunities and future business
- Prospect for new customers and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
