Requirements
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent sales-specific experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in high-energy environment
- Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.)
- Completion of pre-requisiite assessment for consideration of interview
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
- Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
- Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
- Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
- Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
- Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead)
