Requirements
- New car sales experience required.
- A documented track record of success in automotive sales.
- Confidence, urgency, and strong closing skills.
- A professional, customer-first approach to negotiations.
- Comfort in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
- Sharp presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and verifiable work history.
Nice To Haves
- Luxury/import experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Work appointments and walk-in traffic, managing your business like a professional and delivering a premium Audi experience from first contact to delivery.
- Consult with clients to uncover needs and present the right Audi solution.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Audi vehicles, technology, and features.
- Present pricing and structure deals clearly, professionally, and honestly.
- Close deals while protecting the customer experience and dealership standards.
- Build repeat and referral business by doing things right the first time.
- Participate in company-paid factory and advanced sales training.
