This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units sold, customer‑experience incentives, and manufacturer approvability. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience
  • Previous franchise dealership experience preferred
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills
  • Professional communication and follow-up habits
  • A customer-first mindset grounded in honesty and transparency
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
  • Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM
  • Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
