About The Position
Audi Danbury is seeking driven individuals to join their winning sales team as Automotive Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for those passionate about cars and motivated by success, who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where hard work is rewarded. The position offers potential annual compensation between $70,000 and $100,000.
Requirements

- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a proven sales process.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals while maintaining strong gross profit and customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers, assess their needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through test drives and the purchasing process.
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, industry trends, and dealership offerings through ongoing training.
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Finance Team to ensure a smooth process from first contact to final delivery.
