Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and ownership options
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals professionally
• Work closely with finance and management teams
• Generate repeat business and customer referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
