Responsibilities

Greet customers and help them identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and available promotions.
Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
Negotiate pricing and complete sales paperwork accurately.
Build lasting customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Meet individual and dealership sales goals.
Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and industry trends.
