Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Flexible schedule (evenings & weekends)
  • Valid Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (THC excluded)

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in the showroom and on the lot
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
  • Conduct walkarounds, test drives, and feature demonstrations
  • Guide customers through financing and the purchase process
  • Follow up with leads and past customers to maximize opportunities
  • Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and promotions
  • Work toward sales goals with strong leadership and team support
