About The Position

Tustin Lexus, part of the Group 1 Automotive family, is growing and looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join one of the nation's leading luxury automotive brands. This role is for individuals driven by providing an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships, and maximizing their earning potential. Whether you're already selling luxury vehicles or looking to transition into a premium brand, you'll have the support, inventory, and reputation needed to succeed. The position is 100% commission-based, with expected annual earnings ranging from $50,000 to $120,000+, depending on individual performance, experience, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin OR English and Korean is required.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of automotive sales experience required.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through an exceptional luxury vehicle purchasing experience.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge while presenting vehicle features and benefits.
  • Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Follow up with prospective customers using phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of current Lexus products, financing options, and dealership promotions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
