This full-time position offers the potential to earn $125,000+ annually through a commission and draw structure. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and guiding them through the sales process.
Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Business attire.
- Ability to manage yourself when needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
- Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
- Show customer vehicle options.
- Do a walk-around for vehicles with a description.
- Take customers who can test drive.
- Work numbers.
- Retrieve credit applications.
- Work side by side with the manager to sell the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively.
- Be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged.
- Provide customers and managers with accurate information.
