The Automotive Sales Professional is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process by delivering a consultative, transparent, and professional sales experience. Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Conduct needs assessments and present vehicle solutions using consultative sales techniques
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Nissan vehicles, features, trim levels, and technology
  • Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and short personalized videos to engage prospective customers
  • Follow up with leads, appointments, and sold customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to dealership sales processes, schedules, and performance expectations
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all customer interactions
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations
