Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features, performance, and innovative technology
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and returning clients
  • Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options professionally and transparently
  • Stay current with advancements in vehicle technology, safety systems, innovations, and digital sales tools
  • Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
