Covert Cadillac is looking for top performing Sales and Leasing Professionals. We offer a dynamic work environment in a multi-award winning, family-owned Cadillac dealership. Positive attitude and a dynamic personality. Self motivated with the ability to multi-task. Excellent communications skills and the ability to follow directions. Organization and follow-up a must. Previous automotive luxury sales experience preferred. Responsibilities: Develop a customer base by responding to inquiries, engaging new prospects and maintaining rapport with previous clients and their referrals. Gather information regarding customer's wants and needs. Demonstrate and explain vehicle Features, Advantages and Benefits. Ability to compare and contrast competitive manufacturers and models. Review warranties and maintenance plans. Input trade-in vehicle information for appraisal. Ask for the sale. Pull and apply incentives based on customer/vehicle compatibility. Explain and negotiate pricing. Complete all necessary paperwork. Properly deliver vehicle and customize settings. Meet and/or exceed sales goals. Additional Requirements: Ability to use multiple software applications. Completion of all factory and dealership training as required. Attend meetings. Ensure that Cadillac, Covert Auto group, and the dealership are represented in a positive manner. Walk the lot and visually inspect the inventory and grounds.'
