Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• Outstanding computer/internet and people skills
• Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork, professionalism, and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable engaging customers through in-person conversations to build trust.
• Excellent at listening to customers’ needs, and providing an engaging and informative vehicle presentation.
