Chapman Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Automotive Sales Performance Coach & Trainer to support the continued growth and development of our multi-franchise dealership operations in Tucson, Arizona. This position is ideal for an automotive professional who combines strong retail automotive experience with a passion for coaching, performance improvement, accountability, and employee development. The successful candidate will work closely with dealership leadership, sales managers, and sales consultants to improve performance, strengthen customer communication, drive process consistency, and develop future leaders. This position is critical to the success of our stores. Many of our salespeople enter the automotive industry with little or no experience, and this role is responsible for providing foundational training before they ever interact with customers, followed by ongoing coaching, development, and accountability throughout their careers. The majority of our dealerships operate under a One Point of Contact (A2Z) sales process, while several locations utilize a more traditional sales and F&I structure. The ideal candidate will be comfortable training and coaching employees in both environments.
