About The Position
CMA's Honda of Winchester is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader to join our management team. This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who have demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations and are committed to driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. Candidates with 2-5 years of automotive sales management experience will be considered for Sales Manager opportunities. Candidates with 5 or more years of automotive sales management experience may be considered for General Sales Manager opportunities. A stable and progressive employment history is required. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered. Requirements
- 2–5 years of automotive sales management experience for Sales Manager
- 5+ years of automotive sales management experience for General Sales Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Stable and progressive employment history.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
- Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
