Requirements

• Proven success as a Sales Manager
• Strong background in both new and used vehicle sales
• Confidence closing deals and managing the desk
• The ability to motivate, push, and develop sales professionals
• Thick skin, high standards, and a competitive mindset
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Driving the performance of the entire sales department
• Leading both new and used vehicle operations
• Setting expectations and holding the team accountable to results
• Coaching daily, correcting fast, and celebrating wins
• Desking deals and closing when needed
• Owning numbers, processes, and outcomes
