Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and a proven track record of success leading a sales team to achieve targeted results. As Sales Manager, you must have a hands-on approach to leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals, possess excellent closing skills and train daily. Honda experience is highly preferred. CDK experience is a plus!

Requirements

• Several years of experience
• Proven track record of success leading a sales team to achieve targeted results
• Hands-on approach to leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team
• Willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals
• Possess excellent closing skills
• Train daily
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
• Results-driven
• Process-oriented
• Verifiable track record of success
• Knowledge and experience in new and pre-owned sales, F&I and customer follow up
