Requirements

  • Minimum five years of automotive sales and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership sales and finance processes.
  • Proven leadership and team development ability.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
  • Assisting in structuring and closing new and pre-owned vehicle transactions.
  • Overseeing financing coordination and lender relationships.
  • Supporting F&I performance and ensuring compliant disclosures.
  • Forecasting and tracking monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Recruiting and training high-caliber sales professionals.
  • Maintaining and exceeding the manufacturer's sales and customer satisfaction standards.
