Requirements

  • Proficient in used cars and vAuto
  • Must have previous automotive management experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead a diverse sales team.
  • Ability to work with various CRM (Eleads) & MS Office products
  • Strong Interpersonal skills; outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success with growing sales volume and gross profit.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a automotive Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train and direct a team of Automotive Sales Representatives
  • Manage new car and pre-owned inventory in accordance with industry’s best practices and company standards, including all pre-owned vehicle appraisals
  • Maintain, manage and order new vehicle inventory, allocations and custom orders
  • Maintain a hard turn of 60 days & determine the best vehicles to stock
  • Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability
  • Accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up
  • Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
  • Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
