Requirements
- Previous automotive sales leadership experience with increasing responsibility
- A proven ability to close deals and consistently deliver results
- Strong customer focus and the ability to think on your feet
- A natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to find new ways to grow the business
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, Internet tools, and general mathematics
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop the New & Used Sales team
- Drive sales performance while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to maximize retention and repeat business
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
- Identify new opportunities to grow sales, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience
- Lead by example and help create a culture where people want to win and succeed
