About The Position
Nucar Connection has a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our sales department at our New Castle, Delaware location as a Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive experience to further their career with one of the area's leading dealerships.
Requirements
- Dealership management experience required.
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, assertive, and sociable with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Desking & Closing Deals
- VinSolutions(CRM)
- Reynolds & Reynolds
- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Be a pro-active, respectful, and driven leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Utilize CRM and manage leads daily.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
