Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI goals.
- Desk deals effectively while maintaining profitability and compliance.
- Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and sales processes to remain competitive.
- Partner with F&I and leadership to ensure smooth deal flow and customer satisfaction.
