About The Position

We are seeking a Lot Porter to join our team at Rairdon’s Volkswagen of Everett in Everett, WA. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and appearance of the dealership's vehicle lot, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• Walk and stand for an entire shift in inclement weather, including extreme heat or cold
• Have a track record of consistent attendance
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and park many types of vehicles sometimes in tight spaces
• Reliable transportation to work
• Must be able to bend, twist, crouch and reach
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Valid WA Driver's License with a good driving record required
• Model a strong work ethic and exhibit a desire to grow

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot tight at all times, retaining available parking for customers
• Arrange all new and pre-owned inventory in organized, straight and immaculate lines
• Take the lead and think outside the box
• Work without supervision and still give 100% effort
• Interact with customers to assist with valet parking their vehicles when needed
