About The Position
As an Automotive Sales Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a strong first impression by ensuring our vehicles and sales lot are organized, presentable, and customer-ready. By taking ownership of inventory flow and lot appearance, you’ll help deliver a seamless and professional experience for both customers and team members. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Ability to work any assigned shift based on operational needs
- Internal candidates must have completed their probationary period with excellent attendance and performance
Responsibilities
- Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management, logging new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system
- Maintain lot merchandising standards by ensuring vehicles are frontline ready with correct pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates
- Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot
- Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with shuttling vehicles to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and picking up customers as needed
- Assist with maintaining fuel logs, filing reports, and completing additional reports requested by the Location Manager
