This position is for an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant responsible for selling new and used cars and handling finance. The dealership is experiencing growth due to increased inventory and is looking for quality employees. Previous experience in the automobile industry is not required, as the company offers training to leverage skills from other professional fields. The role offers opportunities in new, pre-owned, and internet vehicle sales, supported by a large inventory and a bilingual advertising budget. Requirements

Responsibilities

Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
Continually learning about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
