CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Automotive Sales Floor Manage r to take charge of the showroom and keep our sales momentum strong. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the sales floor, with a focus on coaching in the moment and driving deals forward. Creating an environment where both customers and sales professionals feel supported and confident is paramount. Automotive Sales Floor Manager Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) Automotive Sales Floor Manager Responsibilities: Lead from the front by actively managing the showroom floor and supporting the sales team in real time Desk deals, structure transactions, and help close opportunities to maximize profitability Coach and develop sales consultants through daily interaction, mentorship, and accountability Maintain strong awareness of customer traffic, engagement, and overall showroom flow Partner with leadership to drive store goals, promotions, and sales initiatives Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience from greeting to delivery Monitor individual and team performance, helping keep everyone focused and on track Step in to support negotiations and overcome objections when needed All other duties as assigned Automotive Sales Floor Manage r Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales, with leadership or desking experience strongly preferred Strong closing skills and the ability to structure and finalize deals High energy, competitive mindset, and a team-first attitude Excellent communication and coaching abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership sales processes Must pass pre-employment background screening WE ARE CAPITAL!
