About The Position

Newton Motor Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Guntersville AL, This role is crucial in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for 1 very very strong manager that doesn't sit on his or her butt and check they're social media accounts every 20 minutes. You will have the easiest 40 hour schedule in the business. You will train salespeople, you will T.O every customer and make this the leading Chevy dealership in the area. If you don't possess these skills please don't bother to send a resume in. Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the automotive sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
