CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Floor Manager to take charge of the showroom and keep our sales momentum strong. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the sales floor, with a focus on coaching in the moment and driving deals forward. Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with leadership or desking experience strongly preferred
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to structure and finalize deals
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and a team-first attitude
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership sales processes
  • Must pass pre-employment background screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front by actively managing the showroom floor and supporting the sales team in real time
  • Desk deals, structure transactions, and help close opportunities to maximize profitability
  • Coach and develop sales consultants through daily interaction, mentorship, and accountability
  • Maintain strong awareness of customer traffic, engagement, and overall showroom flow
  • Partner with leadership to drive store goals, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience from greeting to delivery
  • Monitor individual and team performance, helping keep everyone focused and on track
  • Step in to support negotiations and overcome objections when needed
  • All other duties as assigned
