The sales team in Grove City contributes to both the General Motors and Stellantis locations, and you will help to manage all of it! Some days you will be appraising vehicles and working deals; other days you will sign out new customers "in the box" and everything in between.   • Automotive experience required

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
  • Assign and process bank contracts and corresponding paperwork (both banking and state)
  • Support the sales and finance departments wherever necessary
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Assign value to trade-in vehicles and prepare sales numbers for customers
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
