Requirements

  • 2+ years Automotive Sales Manager or F&I experience required
  • Proven track record of strong F&I production (ex: $1,000+ per copy preferred)
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to meet all licensing requirements
  • Computer proficiency (DealerTrack experience a plus)
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • DealerTrack experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales and finance team
  • Drive revenue through strong F&I performance and deal structure
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience
  • Manage all aspects of finance transactions and compliance
  • Present and sell finance and protection products
  • Build relationships with lenders and financial partners
  • Maintain lender mix and achieve monthly performance goals
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and deal processing
