Requirements
- 2+ years Automotive Sales Manager or F&I experience required
- Proven track record of strong F&I production (ex: $1,000+ per copy preferred)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Stable work history
- Ability to meet all licensing requirements
- Computer proficiency (DealerTrack experience a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required

- DealerTrack experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and finance team
- Drive revenue through strong F&I performance and deal structure
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Manage all aspects of finance transactions and compliance
- Present and sell finance and protection products
- Build relationships with lenders and financial partners
- Maintain lender mix and achieve monthly performance goals
- Ensure accurate paperwork and deal processing
