About The Position

Stanley is seeking a motivated, people-oriented sales professional to help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and provide an exceptional experience from their first visit through vehicle ownership. The role is based in Brownwood, Texas. Prior automotive sales experience is not required; paid training is provided. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary of $2,250 per month plus commission, with potential earnings of $6,000 or more per month and an opportunity for more than $15,000 in annual incentives.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Self-starter who is comfortable using computer and/or iPad technology.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Social media skills.
Customer service experience; helpful but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
