Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants and offer the right vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
