Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a desire to create exceptional experiences
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budget
Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other communication channels
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand vehicle features and warranty coverage
